After working many years with nonprofit inner-city sports and community programs, she decided to get her paralegal certificate with Iverson Business School in Arlington, Texas. Upon completion of paralegal school, she worked as a paralegal for over nine (9) years prior to joining the Kelley Law Firm as a paralegal where her desire to assist others, lead her to the position of customer care advocate. Because of Terena’s passion for the law and the rights of others she worked as a case manager with the Tarrant County Truancy Court and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
Terena currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas where she has two children and a granddaughter. She loves movies, attending sporting events and spending time with her family and friends. After the tragic loss of a family member, Terena’s motto is to capture, embrace and enjoy every moment without regret.
