Deborah’s current responsibilities in Operations include functioning as the office manager and community outreach manager. She is totally committed to our clients, our staff, and our community. She believes each person that we come in contact with should be treated like family. She comments that every person should be treated with compassion, love, and respect. Typically, our clients will have experienced a tragic event in their lives and she believes that the firm should be there in their time of needs to make their lives just a bit easier to carry on after the loss of a loved one or major injury.
She believes that it is not just a job but a blessing to be able to come to work, to love what you do, and to be a blessing to others.
Her responsibilities are to make sure that the office runs smoothly, to handle various operating reports, and to work in accounting on behalf of our clients. Additionally, she develops and manages our internship, scholarship, and community outreach programs. She has been in management and education for over thirty five years.
Deborah was born in Little Rock and raised in Marianna, Arkansas.
In her free time, she enjoys prayer time, family time, and special time with my grandsons. Shopping, movies, reading, traveling, relaxing and working in the community to build up others are additional activities where she spends a lot of her time.
She is married and has two children and two grandchildren.
