JACKSON, MS- MHP says that an 18-wheeler was westbound near mile marker 11 on I-20 when the driver struck an abandoned, parked vehicle on the shoulder. The 18-wheeler then ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Driver had minor injuries and was not transported.
The truck was hauling strawberries.
