During her last year at Howard University, she was recruited by Pepperdine University School of Law in Southern California. At law school, Iyman was a member of Pepperdine’s award- winning trial team and served on Pepperdine’s Moot Court board. She not only earned her Juris Doctorate, but also has a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution. After successfully passing the California State Bar in 2015, she set her sights on Texas and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2017.
Iyman was born and raised in Long Beach California, where she attended Polytechnic High School. She lettered in Dance and Academics.
